To demonstrate superior efficacy of pregabalin compared to placebo for treatment of PGTC seizures as measured by the 28 day seizure rate. Safety objective: To assess the safety and tolerability of pregabalin relative to placebo in pediatric and adult subjects with PGTC seizures.
