The primary objective is to demonstrate that an immunosuppressive regimen based on everolimus plus MMF is superior compared to everolimus plus reduced TAC in preserving kidney function as measured by eGFR (abbreviated Modification of Diet in Renal Disease formula with 4 variables (MDRD-4 formula)) at Month 6 in maintenance liver transplant recipients.
