To compare the proportion of subjects in the combination therapy group to the proportion of subjects in each of the monotherapy treatment groups who achieve HBV DNA lt; 50 IU/mL approximately 300 copies/mL by PCR at Week 48 of treatment using the Roche COBAS TaqMan HBV Test for use with the High Pure System HPS assay.
