Primary endpoint is the number of children with virological failure during the study, wherein failure is defined as either two consecutive viral loads >1000 copies/ml or absence of reduction of viral load at the beginning of treatment and correlation to pharmacologic parameters and genotypic resistance. Primärer Endpunkt ist die Anzahl der Kinder mit virologischem Versagen im Studienzeitraum, wobei das Versagen definiert ist als zwei konsekutiven Viruslasten >1000 Kopien/ml oder einem ausbleibenden Viruslastabfall nach Therapiebeginn und die Korrelation zu den pharmakologischen Parametern und der genotypischen Resistenz.

- Paediatric patients with diagnosed HIV1-infection aged 2 to 17 years,paediatrische Patienten mit diagnostizierter HIV1-Infektion im Alter von 2 bis 17 Jahren
