• To evaluate the effects on the coronary vasculature, as assessed by myocardial perfusion/coronary flow reserve, at the end of treatment (EoT) of 48 hours i.v. administration of 30 μg/kg/24h serelaxin or placebo in patients with coronary artery disease • To evaluate the effects on augmentation index (AIx) at the end of treatment (EoT) of 48 hours i.v. administration of 30 μg/kg/24h serelaxin or placebo in patients with coronary artery disease
