Follow up due to time to relapse in a post treatment period on patients who achieved 'clear' or 'almost clear' hands following the initial treatment in the TOCCATA study. If they relapsed within the post observational period, a second course of TOCTINO® oral retinoid (Alitretinoin) could be started and efficacy and safety of a second course was assessed.
