The aim of this study is to induce a peptide-specific immune response in CLL patients by multi-peptide vaccination with a patient-individualized peptide cocktail and, dependent on MRD status, the immunomodulatory drug lenalidomide. Primary endpoint: • Induction of peptide-specific T cell responses Das Ziel der Studie ist die Induktion einer peptidspezifischen Immunantwort bei CLL-Patienten durch eine Multi-Peptid-Vakzinierung mit einem Patienten-individualisierten Peptid-Cocktail, ggf. mit zusätzlicher Gabe des immunmodulatorischen Pharmakons Lenalidomid als Adjuvans (abhängig vom MRD-Status). Patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) with MRD(+)- and MRD(-)- statuts after first-line therapy,Patienten mit chronischer lymphatischer Leukämie mit einem MRD-positiven und MRD-negativen Status nach Erstlinien-Therapie
