To evaluate the efficacy of ProCervix adjuvanted with imiquimod, in comparison with placebo adjuvanted with imiquimod, to induce HPV 16 and 18 viral clearance at 12 months in HPV 16 and/or 18 infected women using a type specific, sensitive and quantitative HPV polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay. Evaluar la eficacia de ProCervix potenciado con imiquimod, en comparación con un placebo potenciado con imiquimod, para inducir la eliminación del VPH 16 y 18 al cabo de 12 meses en mujeres infectadas por el VPH 16 o 18, utilizando un análisis de reacción en cadena de la polimerasa (RCP) del VPH cuantitativo, sensible y específico del tipo.

Critère d'inclusion

  • Women infected by HPV 16 and/or HPV 18 with normal cytology or ASCUS/LSIL,Mujeres infectadas por el VPH 16 y/o 18 con una citología normal o con ASCUS/LSIL
